We approach your health from a whole being perspective with an in depth first visit that dives into your health, including your current concerns, future goals, and health history. With this knowledge we will create a personalized treatment plan to address your health and accomplish your goals. In follow up appointments we will discuss how the current treatment plan is working, any new symptoms or symptom changes, go over any lab results, and adjust our plan accordingly.

Virtual visits take place through Jane video conferencing. They allow for flexibility of scheduling and the ability for you to have your visit in the comfort of your own space.

All virtual visits are scheduled as a video visit unless you prefer a phone call. **please request preference in appointment notes**

In Person

In person visits have the same structure as a virtual visit and take place at our office in Stratham, NH inside LIFE Wellness Collective.

Dr. Cristina Bronder

Dr. Cristina Bronder is a licensed naturopathic doctor and New Hampshire native who specializes in working with clients seeking support during their fertility journey from preconception through postpartum. She has a passion for using gentle healing tools such as nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy and bodywork to help people achieve their best health and create a good foundation for themselves and their child.

Her own journey through pregnancy and into motherhood highlighted how valuable support and connection, both physical and emotional, is during this time. She feels privileged to provide support and empowerment to others during the transformation into parenthood.
